Online Sales Policy

By placing an order through our website, you agree to the policies outlined below.

All purchases made through the Galinique website are considered final sale due to the nature of formal and special occasion wear. We strongly encourage customers to review product descriptions, size charts, and all ordering details carefully prior to completing a purchase.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified, cancelled, or exchanged.

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size, color, and shipping information at the time of checkout.


Shipping & Delivery

We are committed to preparing and shipping your order as quickly and carefully as possible.

Processing Time

In-stock items ship within 1-2 business days after your order is placed.

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped via major carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on destination and package size.

Shipping Rates

A flat shipping fee of $25 applies to all U.S. orders under $300.

We offer complimentary standard U.S. ground shipping on orders of $300 and above.

Free shipping applies to standard ground shipping only. Orders containing multiple garments, oversized packaging, or higher shipping weights may require additional shipping charges. In such cases, customers will be contacted prior to shipment to approve any additional fees.

 

Delivery Time

Standard U.S. delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment.

Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed once the package has left our facility.

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Tracking

Tracking details will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Delays

Galinique is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or unforeseen transit interruptions once an order has left our facility.

Returned or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order.

Re-shipment will only be processed once the additional shipping fee has been paid.


Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of formal and special occasion garments, most purchases are considered final sale.

However, return or exchange requests for in-stock items only may be approved within 48 hours of delivery.


Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for return or exchange:

• Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery
• Items must be unworn
• Original tags must be attached
• Items must be in original condition
• Items must be free of perfume, deodorant, makeup, smoke, or any other odors

Items returned with signs of wear, damage, alterations, or odor will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

Exchanges & Returns - Non-Defective Items

If a return or exchange is requested for sizing, fit, or preference reasons:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• Customers are responsible for re-shipping costs of the exchanged item
• Exchanges are subject to product availability

If the requested size or replacement item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued for the value of the returned item.

Refunds to the original payment method are not provided.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Pre-order items
• Special order items
• Made-to-order garments
• Sale, Clearance or final sale items

No exceptions will be made.

 

Return Authorization & Shipping

All returns and exchanges must be approved prior to shipment.

Return shipments must be prepaid by the customer. We do not accept return packages sent collect, COD, or without prior approval.

Unauthorized returns or unpaid return shipments will be refused and returned to sender.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Galinique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed by the shipping carrier.

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

 


Damages & Claims

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To submit a claim, please include:

• Order number
• Photos of the item
• Photos of packaging
• Description of the issue

Claims submitted after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.

All items are inspected prior to shipment to ensure quality standards are met.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Options & Rates

We currently offer the following shipping options within the United States:

Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days after shipment
Flat rate: $25

Expedited Shipping
Estimated delivery: 3–4 business days after shipment
Flat rate: $45

Orders totaling $300 or more qualify for complimentary Standard U.S. shipping.

Free shipping applies to Standard Shipping only.


Delivery Time

Total delivery time = processing time (1–2 business days) + shipping time.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and cannot be guaranteed once the package has been shipped.

Customers ordering for a specific event are encouraged to allow additional time for delivery, exchanges, or tailoring if needed.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address at checkout.

Galinique is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.


Returned or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

Because Galinique specializes in formal and special occasion garments, return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery (including weekends and holidays).

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.

Items showing signs of wear, alterations, perfume, deodorant, makeup, smoke, or any other odor will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for the original item.


Refunds

If your return is approved, you may choose one of the following options:

Refund to the original payment method minus a 10% restocking fee
Full store credit for the value of the item

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method depending on your financial institution.


Exchanges

If you need a different size or style, you may request an exchange within the same 7-day return window, subject to product availability.

Customers are responsible for:

• Return shipping costs for the original item
• Shipping costs for the replacement item

If the requested replacement item or size is unavailable, you may choose to receive:

• a refund (minus the restocking fee)
• or store credit


Return Authorization

All returns and exchanges must be approved prior to shipment.

Return shipments must be prepaid by the customer.

We do not accept packages sent COD, collect, or without prior authorization.

Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to the sender.

Approved returns must be shipped within 3 days of receiving return authorization.

Customers remain responsible for return shipping costs.


Non-Returnable Items

• Pre-order items
• Special order items
• Made-to-order garments

• Items marked final sale

Sizing Disclaimer

Eveningwear sizing differs from standard daywear sizing and may vary by design and fabrication.

We strongly recommend reviewing the size chart provided on each product page before placing your order.

If you are between sizes, we recommend selecting the larger size and tailoring for a precise fit.

Alterations are not included with purchase and may be required to achieve the desired fit.


Product Appearance Disclaimer

We strive to display product colors and details as accurately as possible.

However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, photography, and individual screen settings.
