Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

In-Store Purchases

All purchases made in our showroom are final sale.
Because customers have the opportunity to try on garments during their visit, in-store purchases are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Online Purchases

Because Galinique specializes in formal and special occasion garments, return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery (including weekends and holidays).

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.

Items showing signs of wear, alterations, perfume, deodorant, makeup, smoke, or any other odor will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

Customers are responsible for Return shipping costs for the original item


Refunds

If your return is approved, you may choose one of the following options:

Refund to the original payment method, minus a 10% restocking fee
Full store credit for the value of the item

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method depending on your financial institution.


Exchanges

If you need a different size or style, you may request an exchange within the same 7-day return window, subject to product availability.

Customers are responsible for:

• Return shipping costs for the original item
• Shipping costs for the replacement item

If the requested replacement item or size is unavailable, you may choose to receive a refund (minus the restocking fee) or store credit.


Return Authorization

All returns and exchanges must be approved prior to shipment.

To request a return or exchange, please contact us at info@galinique.com with:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• Reason for the return

Return shipments must be prepaid by the customer. We do not accept packages sent COD, collect, or without prior authorization.

Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to the sender.

Approved returns must be shipped within 3 days of receiving return authorization.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for the original item


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Pre-order items
• Special order items
• Made-to-order garments
• Sale or clearance items
• Items marked final sale


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Order number
• Photos of the item
• Photos of the packaging
• Description of the issue

Claims submitted after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.

All garments are inspected prior to shipment to ensure quality standards are met.


Additional Notes

Eveningwear sizing may differ from standard daywear sizing. We strongly recommend reviewing the size chart provided on each product page before placing your order.

If you are between sizes, we recommend selecting the larger size and tailoring for the best fit.

We also recommend ordering early to allow time for possible exchanges or tailoring before your event.
