Sizing

How do I choose the right size?

We recommend checking
our detailed size chart available on every product page. If you’re between
sizes, we usually suggest sizing up for the most flattering fit , especially for fitted evening styles.

extended size ranges to celebrate and flatter real women’s bodies.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

No, we currently ship only in US.

All U.S. orders ship
from our Texas location.

How long does shipping take?

Standard domestic shipping typically takes 5-8 business days depending on your location and the carrier selected at checkout.

Will I receive tracking information?

Absolutely. You’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

What is your return policy?

Online purchases may be returned within 48 hours of delivery for eligible items. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and returned in original condition with all tags attached.

Do you accept returns from in-store purchases?

All purchases made in our physical store are Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

How are refunds issued?

Approved returns are issued as Store Credit only. We do not offer refunds back to the original payment method.

How will I receive my store credit?

Store credit will be sent via email and can be used toward any future Galinique Couture purchase online or in store.

Do you offer size exchanges?

Yes, size exchanges are available for online orders, based on stock availability.

Where are your designs made?

Galinique Signature designs are exclusively created and curated by our brand, with production through trusted global manufacturing partners selected for quality and craftsmanship.


In addition, we also carry a curated selection of premium local American brands, carefully chosen to complement our collection and meet our standards of quality, fit, and design.

Are the fabrics high quality?

Yes. We carefully select elevated fabrics such as chiffon, satin, stretch crepe, and embellished textiles to ensure comfort, structure, and elegance.



Will the dress look exactly like the photos?

We photograph our real designs. However, slight color variations may occur due to lighting and screen settings.

Do you offer in-house alterations?

We currently do not offer in house alterations.
In eveningwear, it is very common for garments to require minor tailoring adjustments such as hemming, strap shortening, or fit refinements to achieve the most flattering result.
For now, as we operate online only, we recommend visiting a trusted local tailor in your area to perfect the fit of your garment.
